High-quality milling center can perform milling operations in five axes. It has a tilting table built directly in the machine. The machine allows modeling of complex paths for guiding the tool. The large workplace allows machining of larger workpieces. Axis X = 850mm, axis Y = 700mm, axis Z = 500mm, tolerance = 0.008mm and revolutions = 15 000 rpm.
TAJMAC MCFV 2080
Highly robust milling center intended for larger workpieces. Its linear design with rolling elements allows the machine to preserve high machining precision even at a high load of the table, carriage and headstock. The machine is equipped with electronic compensation of temperature dilatations. Maximum table load = 3000kg, maximum revolutions = 10 000 rpm, axis X = 2030mm, axis Y = 810mm, axis Z = 810mm.
TAJMAC MCFV 1060
Vertical milling center for power and high-speed machining. Its linear design with rolling elements allows the machine to preserve high machining precision even at a high load of the table, carriage and headstock. Maximum table load = 1350kg, maximum revolutions = 10 000 rpm, axis X 1 016mm, axis Y = 610mm, axis Z = 760mm.
MAS MCV 754 QUICK
This vertical milling center offers high rigidity in combination with high efficiency of machining. Linear and rolling guiding of axes ensures precise guiding of the machine. Maximum table load = 400kg, maximum revolutions = 10 000 rpm, axis X = 754mm, axis Y = 500mm, axis Z = 550mm.
